Gourvitz & Gourvitz, LLC in an action in the New Jersey Superior Court were able to get an order for custody for a father after the mother abducted their child to her native Country of Peru.  The Court Ordered the Return of the child and the Mother was found and served.  When she did not return the child, he was located hidden in the jungles of Peru.  Through a complicated tactics of “self-help,” the Child was spirited out of Peru and returned to the United States.
